Cancellation Policy – Bockety Box

You can pause, skip or cancel your Bockety Box subscription at any time. To make changes, log into your account and go to “Manage Subscription,” or contact us at info@bocketybox.ie.

All subscription changes, pauses, skips or cancellations must be made before Sunday at 10am. Any changes made after this cut-off time will apply to the following week’s box, as produce is pre-purchased and allocated in advance.

Cancellations take effect immediately for all future deliveries that fall outside the cut-off window. You will not be charged again once your cancellation is processed.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights under Irish consumer law.
