Bockety Box is now delivering nationwide across mainland Ireland. At this time, delivery to offshore and island locations is not available. We’re working hard to make our service as accessible as possible and truly appreciate your understanding!Bockety Box subscription orders include free nationwide tracked delivery. There are no hidden fees and the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Orders, changes, pauses, cancellations and box swaps must be made before Sunday at 10am. Any changes made after this time will apply to the following week because produce is allocated in advance.

Orders placed before the cut-off are packed and dispatched mid-week. Most boxes arrive on Thursday or Friday, depending on the courier route. Once dispatched, most boxes are expected to be delivered within 24 hours. A tracking link will be emailed to you so you can follow your delivery.

If you are not home, the courier can leave your box in a safe place. You can add delivery instructions at checkout such as “Leave in porch.” Once the box is delivered to the address or safe place you provide, responsibility for the goods transfers to you.

Produce is packed in recyclable, plastic-free packaging where possible. Please bring your box indoors as soon as possible after delivery and store items correctly. Because fruit and vegetables are perishable, Bockety Box cannot take responsibility for spoilage caused by boxes left outside for long periods, heat exposure, theft or incorrect storage after delivery.

If your box arrives damaged, spoiled or later than expected, please email info@bocketybox.ie as soon as possible. Photos of any issues help us resolve problems quickly.

If the delivery address provided is incomplete, incorrect or inaccessible, we cannot guarantee redelivery due to the perishable nature of our goods. Refunds cannot be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Your fruit and vegetables are packed fresh in recyclable packaging where possible, and we work with Irish suppliers whenever we can.
