Wondering what to do with the turnip in this week’s Bockety Box?
This easy turnip remoulade is a fresh, crunchy side that works with just about everything.
It’s quick to make and adds a lovely bite to rich dishes, perfect alongside roast meats, tucked into a cold meat sandwich, or served with fish and chips for a bit of brightness.
It also pairs really well with smoked fish like salmon or mackerel, grilled meats, or even as a crunchy topping for burgers and wraps.
A simple way to turn a humble turnip into something seriously useful in the kitchen.
